Description
"A field-based internship experience designed to provide reinforcement for pre-service teacher interns who have completed Methods of Teaching. Students will be required to attend scheduled instructional seminars very early in the semester and will be observed at a school site on at least three occasions by a college supervisor. A mentor teacher will provide on-going support and guidance between observations. Emphasis is placed on developing valid lesson objectives, effective questioning techniques, and the fundamentals of lesson planning and delivery."
