Description
Theory, practice and tools for managing the performers who work in a live performance environment. Covers skills to oversee performers and stage crew through the execution of a live entertainment event, including blocking notes, call cues, creating and maintaining the documents needed to prepare a prompt book, generating and adapting forms for the actors and technical staff record keeping. Hands-on experience using computers and appropriate software.For hybrid and online sections, minimum technology requirements are a working camera and microphone. Students are to switch both on at the instructor’s request.
