Builds on prior knowledge in radiologic technology and provides the Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA) required cognitive skills. Emphasis on routine breast imaging procedures and advanced techniques in Digital Breast Tomosynthesis, breast anatomy, physiology and pathology, patient interactions and management, positioning, equipment operation, quality management and new technologies.
