Description
Language and format of legal documents. A review of skills acquired in LAW 1201 and LS 203 Legal Research and Legal Research II and the utilization of these skills in preparing legal documents. Identification of legal terms, phrases and sentence structure is required. Students will prepare and complete documents such as pleadings, contracts, wills, business agreements, corporation papers, collection letters, legal business letters and other legal documents.
